selling Komplete Kontrol s49 mk1 and it's software.

HI there. I've just purchased a mk2 Komplete 61 and now wish to sell my previous keyboard and it's s49 software. Only I haven't a clue how to go about it?

Also, I have several un-registered products like "analog dreams", hybrid keys and Komplete 14 select (which came with the new keyboard but I already have it) so can I sell those with it too?

Thank you for your reply. But I have no way of uninstalling the Komplete Kontrol mk1 keyboard as it doesn't show its available to transfer? I'm basically stuck with that software downloaded and showing as installed, as well as the new mk2 s61 software there.

You should be able to do a transfer for the keyboard from your account. If you go to the licence transfer page Request For Transfer | License Transfer (native-instruments.com) do you see your keyboard as available for transfer like this? (serial number blanked out for obvious reasons!)

If it's not available for transfer and you think it should be you'll need to contact support here - Purchase & Account – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com) Select Account support on the right.
