unable to load libaries but able to audition

Hi guys.

im able to audition my libaries but when i press load my keyboard is silent! shows me all the split colous but no sounds!

i have the 88 key keyboard.

im sure im missing a setting somewhere!

    Mk what ? MK1 ?, MK2 ?, MK3 ?

    What is your computer type ? , OS version ? , version of Native Access ? and version of Komplete Kontrol app used ?

    Hey there, what's your operating system? What generation is your S88? MK1, MK2, MK3? What version of the Komplete Kontrol application are you running? Is it happening in Komplete Kontrol in standalone, in your DAW? Both? What DAW are you using?

    OS windows 10

    S88 Mk2

    Komplete control is v2.8.1

    Also same fail in machine! V2.16.1

    My DAW is Pro tools artist

    Native access vv1.14.1

    For windows 10 and S88 Mk2 I am sure that you generally need to download and install newest version of Native Access for your OS , then reinstall Native Access as an Administrator ! And then update all the versions of your software in Native Access !

    But it is possible that upgrading the software might break compatibility with the Pro tools artist DAW (???) so if you can not upgrade DAW then you might want to hold back updating the software ! ?


    In case that you have any problems getting the installation of the new version of Native Access to work then try the following ! :

    Please make sure that you have sufficient Administrator privileges on the computer. Then uninstall the Native Access , then run the NI reg tool and remove anything Native Access and NTKDaemon , then use Windows Explorer to search your system drive for all instances of 'Native Access' and 'NTKDaemon' and delete it all . Then restart computer , download newest version of Native Access for your OS , then reinstall Native Access as an Administrator !

    @WANGCHUNG Can you open Komplete Kontrol in standalone, can yu play the notes there?

    Open the preferences, MIDI, input, take a screenshot and post it here?
