Changing audio destination is very slow

When I hit the channel button on my Maschine+, and want to change the destination af a sound using the first knob underneath the display, my Maschine reacts very slow. It takes a couple of seconds to move the selector to another channel.

If I need to scroll all the way down for example, it takes ages.

This has always been like this, also on my previous Maschines (MK3 and studio)

Does anyone know what causes this, and how I can improve the responsiveness in this setting?

I never noticed it on the studio, but I'd always do that kind of work with mouse and keyboard. IMO, this is an obvious bug. I mentioned it here previously, but nothing came of it.

This is very easy to replicate. Put an EQ on Pad 1 Bank A. Now duplicate it to the other 15 pads. Now duplicate Bank A to B-H. Finally, try to send something to pad 16 in Bank H.

This is an extreme example; but the hardware slows to a crawl if you have a lot of sound slots that can be a destination.
