Tape Wobble is one of my faves, I like how it can add character to a sterile sound and make it gel better.
Something I feel would take it even further and is highly relevant is a "Pitch Drop/Snap" effect, where the tape randomly suddenly experiences a rapid pitchbend, in a more dramatic way than wow/flutter. Like the real-life phenomena where the tape momentarily gets stuck.
Examples:
I've sort of got a crude facsmile working with Pitch Pedal + automating the Pitch knob (which doesn't account for time slowdown like a "Tape Stop" effect which is another related thing), but it'd be nice and totally on-theme to have one built in.
