Traktor Kontrol X1 MK3

I was wondering if the Traktor Kontrol X1 MK3 could be used with Ableton Live (0r any other production or dj software)? Has anybody given this a try?

X1 Mk3 midi mode will definitely allow you to map it inside Live but don't expect any kind of button editing since this unit is not compatible with the Controller Editor software.

The LED will be just a stock blue color as well. You can use it to display the button state but color cannot be changed unfortunately.

So how do you map it with Ableton Live? I cant find it on the control surface list in Live…

Did you set it into midi mode? Shift + burger menu button (Top center)

You either use the MIDI button in the upper-right corner of UI or you build a script with Remotify app.
