Kontakt 5 and Guitar rig 5 in Demo on a Mac M1

I have many old sessions with kontakt 5 and guitar rig 5 that I have to open up. Ever since I updated to the new Native Access, my kontakt 5 and guitar rig open in demo mode. If I open the old Native access it will authorize it but once I restart I have to do it again and again. I have sent Native Instruments multiple support request but they don't get back to me. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Please always include computer type and OS version info and all program versions info including Native Access when asking questions .

It appears to me that this might be related to your problem ! (Kontakt 5 was discontinued years ago, so it's not compatible with M1/Silicon natively.) :
