I have issued on CDJ 3000 with Traktor Pro 3.11.1.17

so when I press play on cdj 3000 deck A, it doesn't react, bt when I press play on deck B then both deck A and deck B play track together. similarly with the other buttons too.. help.. m using cdj 3000 lates firmware, and latest Traktor pro 3.

Hello,

that seems to me like a mapping issue. Have you tried to reload the mapping or try another one?

I assume you chose the right deck on the CDJ after connecting them?

I had exactly the same issue yesterday. I connected my Mac to a pair of CDJ 3000s via the Pioneer Aggregator and selected Decks A+B, as per normal. The problems I had were the following:

Mapping - The mapping was all messed up. For example when I pressed play on Deck A it started playing the track in Deck B. Also when I pressed the CUE button on Deck B, it stopped the track on Deck A, etc. Weirdly though, the CUE hot points on each deck (1-8) were working fine. Thankfully I had my X1 so I could exercise some control.
Sound quality - After 20 - 30 minutes of perfect sound quality, the sound coming out of Deck B became massively distorted. That was the trigger for me to switch to my USBs.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Is there a way to restore factory mappings for CDJ 3000s? Although I doubt these were altered in the first place.

One thing that may be linked to this is that a couple of weeks ago I downloaded a mapping for the Pioneer Opus. I'm not sure if this could have messed up the CDJ 3000 mapping altogether.

The sound distortion was also quite worrying, as I don't think it was linked to the mapping issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
