Hi there my name is Leonard, my machine mikro mk 3 has stopped working.

It shows the lights on the machine when first plugged in to my computer but after that the machine mikro doesn't turn on no lights or anything. How can you assist me?

Did you install Native Access and other software as you should ? Please see link to quick start below !

Otherwise please state exact computer model and OS version !

When was the Mikro last working correctly? Have there been any changes since then (OS updates, software updates etc)?
