Native Access does not work, who at NI can i speak with, so i can use my Traktor 3 again?

i had Traktor 3 working till dec.2023, now jan.2024, i tried to activate it through the updated native access. no success.
i would like to be using the program i paid for, asap.

Did Traktor stop working, or are you installing and activating on a new PC? What happens when you try to activate, what errors do you get ?

i have been using traktor 3 since 2021, with native access 1

when i opened traktor 3 this jan.2024 it said to activate it.
the previous native access 1 was updated, but then it takes long, and ask about dependencies.

i'm not able to open my traktor 3 since then.
i would like to activate traktor 3 with the previous native access i had installed, that worked quite fine.
