Transfered License Komplete 13 Select - No download possibility

Hi,
I am Komplete new to NI. Have got a Maschine Jam and a transferred licence which went ok.
In my products now the software has emerged and I could install Maschine 2. Other products as Komplete 13 Select and Native Browser Preview Library also are in the list, but i can't install them because they are not in the NI library. What can I do?

The Maschine JAM is not the same as a Maschine and does not includes the same software. I don't recall it including any software tbh, but maybe Maschine?

Thanks fpr your answer. The link does help.
Also I did find out about Komplete 13. I overread the info that only the components are visible but not the Bundel name itself.
