Kontakt instrument: Best method to loop 1.000 samples

Hi!
I'm trying to create my first serious Kontakt instrument (pipe organ) and looking for the best method (maybe also external software) to quickly loop my 1.000 samples. I noticed that i can create a loop for one sample and copy the loop range to the other samples in one group. But still i would have to click "snap to zero crossing" manually for each sample. Is there some way to find zero crossings / create decent loops easier... some batch process. Advice on methods or external software highly appreciated. Thank you very much!

You should probably use an external sample editor for a task like this (EndlessWAV or WaveLab, for example).
