Yes Native Access supports M1, M2 and M3.
Is there any difference in terms of architecture/compatibility with the different ARM generations from Apple? I don't think so. If it runs on M1 and M2, it should also run on M3.
I’m having the same trouble with Traktor. M3 is not registering the soundcard.
