Is Native Access working well lately?

Hello
Do you have any problems updating any libraries? I can't update to v1.8 of CineBrass Pro. I get an "unknown error". I have already written to technical service.
I have another computer and I have tried to download it from there, but on this new computer with w11, I cannot access Native Aceess, I enter email and password and it does nothing.
That's why I was asking if there have been any problems with this tool lately.

You may have to reinstall NA. However, a few weeks ago on the w11 computer I had no problems. Maybe some windows update. Let's see if he answers me from NA support

its been working well for me, for what its worth. maybe try reinstalling native access. good luck!

Problem solved.
On the newest computer, win11, I have reinstalled the NA application. Now, I have been able to access the bookstores. Thanks to a user who recommended that I do our installation.
But on the win8.1 computer when I download that library it gives me an error.
