How do I get Colossus and EWQLSO Gold Ed PRO XP to work?

I've recently gone down the rabbit hole of trying to get Colossus and EWQLSO Gold Ed PRO XP to work with Native Access. I have both sound libraries installed in the correct folder and both serial numbers are registered to my account. I've read and tried various things yet no success. I've at least gotten the Colossus library to show as installed in Native Access but not EWQLSO Gold Pro.

What can I do? Thanks in advance!
