Is Reaktor fully compliant with OSC 1.0? 1.1?

Hi folks,

I've never used OSC before but am excited to try it. How complete is Reaktor's OSC implementation? Does it cover all of 1.0? 1.1? I'd also welcome any tips and tricks.
