control global master tempo via midi / or: how to sync ableton link tempo with my decks

hey there,
is there any option, to control the global master tempo via midi? or via generic keyboard?
Normale i play withy DVS and control the tempo automatically via control vinyl.
Actual i use some euro rack-modular-FX (send-return) and control the delay-tempo via ableton Link. but i am not able to sync ableton link with the tempo from the decks - it works with the global master tempo only.
i want to control the link-tempo with my control-vinyl via dvs. Or I have two MIDI buttons or rotary controls, or two keys on the keyboard, from where I increase or decrease the tempo with + and -. how could i realize this?
