Download issue

Hello, I just bought the Nucleus library and I've been trying to download it for several hours without success. When it reaches 11 GB downloaded, it gives an error. I've followed the instructions from technical support but I still can't do it. Is it possible to send a contact email to someone in the company to help me solve the problem?
