Middle East v1.1.2 Update

For a fresh install can I just install the Middle East v1.1.2 update from the installer file, or would I first need to install Middle East v1.1.1 from the installer file and then install the v1.1.2 update?

I want to install using the installer files and not with Native Access.

@adEY08394 If it's an update file, you will need to install the library first. You need Native Access to do the activation anyway.

Is there a reason why you don't want to install with Native Access?

Maybe because it crashes or something?
