Pioneer DDJ XP2 Touch Strip Mapping

When I view the messages from a Midi Monitor, the touch strips send values on CC35, Channels 5 & 6 in order from 0-127 (Bottom to Top). However, when I map this CC in Traktor, the fader or knob it is mapped to seems to just jump all over the place randomly. Anyone successfully map this controller's touch strip to Traktor?
Manually mapping the touch strip in Serato works without issue.

I did. You need to use Fader-Direct approach.
