Kontakt 6 Player crash on Windows

Hi,

I've installed the Kontakt 6 Player with default paths except for the content path, which points to an external location on a hard drive. I've tried everything the "help" section regarding Kontakt offers, and nothing has worked. Reinstallation doesn't work.

Has anyone a solution to this problem?

Note: This message only occurs is standalone mode, my DAW won't even load that plugin because it crashes as soon as it scans the "Kontakt.dll"

The best would be to contact NI Tech Support. They are able investigate where the problem might be....
