KONTAKT 6.7.1 doesn't work - "Importing Kontakt Factory Presets"...

Hey guys,

I'm going crazy with this issue!

Suddenly, Kontakt 6.7.1 no longer opens ad is blocked on this pop-up: "Importing Kontakt Factory Presets ..."

I've tried to open AU, VST, VST3.. on Ableton Live, Logic Pro X.. also the stand alone version.

I have also removed everything to install a new copy.

But the result was the same and Kontakt still doesn't work.

I'm in exactly the same situation.

And even if I try deleting the database file, etc., it doesn't work.

Is it impossible to solve?

@Akira Murata First of all make sure that Kontakt and your DAW have full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Then reset the database, open again. Does that do the trick?
