Can anyone tell me why I do not see NIHostIntegration Agent in my login items?

I had to reinstall my OS (High Sierra) on my Mac and now I am trying to get everything back and loaded. I have downloaded the S2 software and I downloaded the driver for my S4 however the computer does not see it. I have tried reloading everything several times and it still does not work!

Did you reinstall back to the internal drive or a new external one? I've moved to an external disc and it did cause problems with various pieces of software.
