Andy C Traktor setup

ive spent hours watching videos of andy c mixing to try and suss out how he has traktor and his controller setup, does anyone els have any idea? i think im pretty close, but i noticed on the link below that he's using tempo as a reference at the top of each deck instead of BMP, can anyone explain a bit more how or why he's doing this?
