How to complete the download of Native Access on new iPad

I just bought the Komplete Audio 6 and am trying to download the Native Access onto my brand new iPad but every time it downloads its just a blank screen saying its file size but nothing prompts me to complete the install. How do I fix this?

Native Access will not run on an iPad, like all of our software.
