Arturia via NI vs directly from Arturia?

I have my eye on the Arturia V Collectoin 8.

I see it on the NI site at 50% off and on Arturia's site for the full price.

I am more confused than anything. When did NI team up with Arturia?

Is the V8 collection via NI exactly the same as getting it from Arturia?

Is there any benefits from ordering it directly from Arturia over NI?

I assume that since the plugs are NKS ready, that's the connection/collaboration and that they are trying to entice Komplete Kontrol and Maschine hardware owners to purchase. It appears to be exactly the same as Arturia as it states that you use the Arturia Software Center software to download/install/activate. From a consumer standpoint, purchasing from Arturia at full price would be insane!!!🤪

I’m having problems with my arturia mk1 , it’s sending a signal to my Maschine studio because the pads are lighting, I can load a sound in Maschine and play it on my arturia keyboard but not the other way? I want to be able to play the arturia synth collection through Maschine and record? Any help would be appreciated
