I'm also really looking forward to your outlook for 2024 and I'm really excited.

Carlos had already mentioned it and I would like to come back to it because it also affected me. It's about the crashes since TP 3.9, from this version Traktor natively supports the Apple Silicon architecture. I had also created a post in the beta section about it with a kind of "workaround". My question to you would be if you and your team know about this and maybe have an idea where the problem could be? I suspect that the setting "Loading only into stopped deck" at least has an influence on this, as I was able to avert a crash by switching off this setting while the first signs were still appearing (graphics freeze, waveform blurred, but sound was still running) and I haven't had a crash since I disabled.

As this happened, I was loading a track in a stopped deck.

I play for several hours every weekend, but have not tested this with version 3.11 as I found it very erratic and only occurred after several hours. I really don't want to "test" it in live mode, because in the event of a crash I really have to force a restart of the OS, when I don't notice it quickly enough. Unfortunately, I didn't have any crash logs for Traktor when the crash occurred. But I had already played the tracks where this occurred several times without a crash and they were not corrupted, I also checked that.

Technical Specs: Macbook Pro M2Pro and 16GB Ram. Latest OS Ventura 13.6.3

I'm excited to see what your plans are for 2024.

Considering how slow the development of new features is, it would be desirable if the priorities could be placed more on hardware integration and its extensions again. Phase HID, Rane Twelve MKII HID, Denon HID, or things like Tidal Integration, Factory Mappings, etc.

It would also be desirable if the catalog were processed with all the pending bug fixes.

I'm happy to pay more for that, or I would join a subscription model. Otherwise it doesn't make any sense.

BTW: It's really time to keep the communication going. Even if appointments or priorities change. But this ping-pong of communication and silence is still extremely counterproductive.

its seems you put some bugs in every release .. so you can say you fix it in the next release ..

do you even check your software before you release it ?

do you have QA department thats check its working good on all the controllers ?

are you trying to save some $$ and make the users your QA department? because this is terrible

specially for DJs.. its sucks to find out the software crush after few hours or you have special "bug" we did not

found out .. and while you are in the set you find thats things are not working right ..

how can we trust you to update the software ?? you think i have time to run tests after each update ??

its seems the easiest bugs to find out and you still dont even check your software before you release it ..

The bug regarding the freezing screens of X1 MK3 when Traktor's or any other app window goes full screen on macOS, still exists.

I've already submitted a ticket about this issue long time ago. The NI team already knows about that.

From version 3.9.0 to the current version 3.11.1, when I select one of the "Mixer FX SELECT buttons", the music being played gets stuck. That's about it for the most part. SK2MK3 controller, Windows 10 Intel 5 Processor 12Gen nVidia 050 TI vga Card.

Traktor Pro 3.11.1 is not showing up inside Native Access 1 app... I can see 3.11.0 as "up to date" version.

Strange, either they have removed the version from Native Access (unlikely) or maybe you need to update or reload Native Access?

Nope. I was expecting Win 10 support at least trough entire 2024. Need a new damn computer for Traktor...
