Hello, I'm trying to install "Ireland" on a new laptop and I'm being asked to specify the folder with a file ending in "nicnt". There is no “*.nicnt” file on the computer. Then I tried to proceed with the serial number - same result. The download paused and that was it. Who knows next?

Maybe give a try with these articles, not matching exactly your report but could be related:

@Cappaghs The nicnt file part is only for 3rd party libraries that are not downloadable through Native Access or if you wish to relocate/locate a file if it was installed before. You should stick to Install. there is no need for trying to put the serial again, if Ireland is showing in Native Access it means that it's already registered to your account. Is it only happening with this library? Do you have other libraries installed? What is your operating system?

I have several NI libraries, e.g. Accordeons, Accordeons 2, Kontakt 7, Accordeons is also on "paused", which is not so bad because of Accordeons 2 – The computer has 32 Mb, the operating system is Windows 11 pro – Thanks for the quick reply!
