Is there a way to send MIDI from Kontakt 7 to another VST (live playing)?

Hello! I need help! I have a Kontakt Library of drums which I use for live finger drumming on my pad controller. This library doesn’t support loading any other samples, but I want to change the sound of Floor Tom. Is there a way to trigger when I am pressing a D2 note in the Kontakt library (live playing) and route this note to another VST?

Do you use Kontakt standalone or as VST? Which DAW? Mac or Windows?

Open a second midi channel in Cubase with the other VST and make sure that it gets live midi input from your pad controller. Mute the samples in Kontakt, you don`t need. Play both channels simultaneously.

Don't forget to choose this option in Kontakt's preferences:
