How do you get native instruments to respond to a return, it's been days with no acknowledgment or anything!! I opened 2 tickets and yet no response !!

    Sometimes these things can take a while and you just have to be patient. Although, you could create a new thread here and see if anyone is able to be of assistance.

    It seems as if NI are in the middle of a company merger and that always adds delays to many things.

    @edzuberant My colleagues have a lot of request to process at the moment, we're just out of the biggest sales special of the year. Someone should get back to you soon.
