resolution is an interesting thing... and what i've noticed is the resolution of the main display(physical monitor), dictates the scale across the other 2 virtual displays... text is not a problem to read(dependant on how big or close you have your screens, the further away you have your screens the smaller the text becomes and more diffucult to read... but this is all manageable with the UI... screensize distance positioning, angling all while in the Nebula App.
note: the triple screens are fixed to one another... meaning all three screens move as 1 with respect to position... the extended screens are tied together!!~
things like field of view, when using nebula vs no nebula i need to analyse to gauge whether or not it is sizing down slightly.... but it is completely usable... for the context of monitoring or sharing of Apps across different OS's
there are a couple of applications i purchased 3 months ago, which brings the integration of applications across to the Mac... by way of streaming the displays to the Mac
example stream Windows applications onto the Mac.... and also Ipad applications onto the Mac within the triple monitor displays of nebula... basically integration of OS's displays into the triple displays within the nebula app on the Mac. This is carried out by way of Air parrot or the Reflector application by squirrels... the Airparrot or reflector app just screen shares whats on windows or ipad... to make this work without excessive latency is by using a USB to Ethernet dongle.... so basically the USB ends are connected to the MAC... and the ethernet cable from windowsPC or ipad feed the USB and vice versa... with the Ipad you need the apple specific Ethernet to USB dongle... which i use... that said... you could get away with using wifi, but it is prone to network jitter/latency/congestion etc ....whereas the Ethernet to USB is a direct connection which also doesnt require a wifi-router
i sort of envisaged all the above working together... becos i tested them beforehand, and always held the mindset "integration is key", so applications like Bomes works and can send midi via the ethernet cable... also sonobus can be configured using the ethernet among other apps that can use the ethernet.
The setup and configuration is work in itself to setup and troubleshoot, to get all things working together... but thats just me& the mindset i have..
The Xreal Glasses are just the visual aspect of being able to monitor music applications across the triple screens.... instead of having physical screens...
There is a side of it that needs some additional configuration with Keyboard maestro or bomes... as i wish to tie a screen positioning key to a midi press on the Maschine Jam.. so if i hold a midi button down.... the screen will move where im looking... and once i've released the button the triple-screens locks into position
Latency in general with a USB-C cable connected... it is not noticeable to worry about... maybe completely different with using the beam, i dont have a beam so cannot say

there are some additional tests i need to carry out...
ie.. can the Xreals work without a monitor connected... or work alongside a headless ipad setup(which i know works)

It seems the Glasses will work without HDMI monitor... the glasses take the place of the monitor but follows your head movements,,,, Nebula(triple screens will NOT work without a hdmi monitor connected)
i even attempted to use the Ipad as a main monitor via lightning to USB, and then after the ipad had connected, i connected the glasses... this also failed when attempting to work with the nebula app(triple screen)
so a hdmi monitor is required for nebula app to run the triple displays... i cannot test if a dummy hdmi plug will fool nebula to work or not... my guess is it probably wouldnt work *shrugs
