Kontakt 6 doesn't see libraries

Hello all:

Since one week my Kontakt 6 doesn't see the libraries, and can not locate them.

I have tried to delete all the libraries on my HD, and try to re-install them via Native acces, but this is also useless as it says that it is 'unable to retrieve known products', whatever that means.

I have spend days to resolve it, but I go round in circles. Just useless.

Does someone have any ideas?

    If you can't see libraries, maybe it is because you didn't check them.

    Let me show you what I mean:

    Click on 'Manage Libraries', and then this window will appear:

    The white box or a square means that the library is checked and can be seen on your Kontakt window.

    If there is no white box, then you cannot see the library.

    Let me know if it worked, sir!

    Hello, and thank you very much for your reply.

    When I go to that box, I only see 'Kontakt Factory Library' and 'Kontakt Factory Selection', but I don't see my piano's, Guitars, etc....

    Instruments inside Factory Library or individual instruments like Session Guitarist, Abbey Road Drummer?

    Excacly. Those Libraries always showed up in that box, but not anymore. When I try to launch Native Acces from that box it won't open at all.

    Native Access currently has some issue while loading, developers confirmed that.

    So you have to wait couple of hours or even few days...

    It will be solved eventually.

    Native Access is working again, btw, so check if you can see the libraries.
