Error Installing NTK Daemon Service

I use Kontakt 4 on Windows 7 (I know, I'm one of those old-school girls with an old machine, as that's what works best for me), and I'm trying to install the NTK Daemon Service for Native Access 2. Unfortunately, however, I get this error when attempting the installation. Windows could not start the NTKDaemonService service on Local Computer.

Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Then there's this error. Error 2: NTK-Daemon Service failed to start. Windows could not find the file". Then there's even this error when I manually start the service. "Please grant permission to start local and system services." All of this is happening despite the fact that I'm the owner and administrator of all my machines. Yes, I'm connected to the Internet when I attempt this installation. Do I need to be connected to the Internet? As I am sight challenged, I don't use a mouse, but I rely on keyboard shortcuts and text-based icons with JAWS (Job Access With Speech) screenreader software.

Unfortunately, Native Access 2 is not compatible with Windows 7. It only supports Windows 10 or higher.

Thank you for telling me, because I would never have guessed it was incompatible with older machines like mine. They should really try to make stuff both forwards and backwards compatible, for all customers.
