Purchase of Lores + Fables Bundle not showing up in NI Access

Purchased Lores + Fables Bundle and did the usual of registering it via NI Access with the SN. Hit refresh and waited for it to show up in the Not Installed section. No show. Waited a few more days, same thing. Followed the "support" and deleted the NI Access XML in Library/App Support. Still no go. And there is no other way to contact support. Anyone else have this problem? There is also no other way for a direct download either.
