Now Native Access cannot repair or reinstall my libraries. Does anyone have a tip for me?

I have now solved the problem.
Since the same error still appeared after formatting with APFS, I discovered the real problem after a bit of searching in the Disk Utility app
In Native'Access I have to change the download location and the content location to my current HD under Preferences -> File Management. :-)

    Hello,

do you mean the external drive that once came with komplete? Then you can only try to disconnect it and use the download function. If you really need this drive cause you have a bad Internet connection you could buy a Komplete drive online without serial, sometimes you find those. It can also be a newer version.

    HI Uwe,

    thanks for your help.

In my case it's about the libraries that I bought individually. I was then able to install this onto an external SSD using Native Access. Since the SSD is broken, NA apparently has a problem getting it back on a new one.

@Staffdan If the physical hard drive is broken, then you will need to reinstall everything on your new drive. If youu'rte on Mac, make sure that this external hard drive is formatted to APFS: Notes on Hard Drive Formats on Mac Computers

Thanks all to help me so fast.

Yes, I'm working with a Mac M1. My new ssd drive is formatted to Mac OS Extended (Journaled). So I will formate an other drive to APFS in this night. Tomorrow I'll give a feedback. Sorry about my english, I'm a native german speaker :-)

Ok so then if course the reg file will not work. If you try to install again and it does not work maybe you'll get an error message and you can tell us here what message it is. I guess you use the latest native access version.
