Does anybody how to reset the beatport Login data within Traktor pro 3.11?

I have problems to login beatport service few days ago. I uninstall traktor software and remove any files from my hhd drive manually (hidden files). If you dont know where is the location files you can do search any Native Instruments files via search in windows and delete them. If you sure you delete all the traktor files you can do a new install of traktor software and then lauch tp3 and login to the beatport service and it works well again. That helps me becauce my beatport wont login. Also delete history on web browser. I think thats help you whith it.

I am having all kinds of problems out of the blue with Beatport Streaming in Traktor Pro 3 as well. It was working fine for about 3 months, then all of a sudden it either won't log in, or it will but downloading tracks from Beatport playlist and search links fail, saying "File can't be played" or "Network Error". Now I'm playing $30 a month (Beatport Streaming) for something I can't use. I really don't want to have to switch to another DJ app and hardware, as I really like Traktor and I've been using it for so many years now, but I really need Beatport Streaming integration to work.
