Guitar Rig 7 LE no signal, Guitar Rig 6 okay on same hardware?

I am up to date on software updates from what I can tell, running Komplete Audio 2 into MBP M2 Pro, Sonoma 14.1.1

My interface shows there is signal (LEDs light up) going in from the guitar cable. It works fine with Guitar Rig 6 Player, but nothing with Guitar Rig 7 LE v7.0.2 (no signal, nothing getting to its tuner or amp sims, etc.). File/Preferences/Audio has been set to Komplete Audio 2 (interface) and Input 1 (marked "IN 1" on the hardware) where the cable is plugged in.

Guitar Rig 5 works too.

Did some more testing : only the standalone Guitar Rig 7 seems to have this issue - the VST3 from within Reaper seems okay.

I tested with internal mic/speakers, with the same results, to rule out the Komplete Audio 2 interface having some sort of conflict.

Hello craig, seem i got the same issue.
haven't tried with guitare rig 6, i'll and update the post.
anyway on guitare rig 7, no sound, no recording,... but my complete audio 1 react to the guitare, leds reacting.

Can you take a screen shot of your audio preferences in GR7? Hardware looks pretty straightforward, just double check it's set to inst? But I'm guessing you already have that set if you've used it with other software.
