I will never buy NI hardware again ! Support don't help a lot and I had to throw My s88 Mk2 cause manufacturing problem
Instead of complaining, why you don't just describe your problem and let people here help you fixing it?
Depending on where he threw it, he may no longer have a controller.
My experience with NI support is apsolutley the best for the same reason that trusty wrote what he wrote. I can't tell how thankful I am but there's something that we all need to have and that's culture and the basic one , Bonton, be patient and polite because it's help from the distance and it was happening with different Manufacturers of MIDI controllers but what was worse with HW modules and HW Synthesizers and it's almost normal for something like that to happen but then behave responsibility. I don't blame trusty but at the end it's his decision.
