Hello friends i have a question.

I'm glad you made this program. I have moved to a different dimension in my 27-year DJ career, thank you very much.

I have a problem.

There are at least 3 registered passwords for my devices in my account.

I used these passwords and devices only on laptops with Windows operating system.

For the first time in my life, I bought an Apple brand macbook M2 Pro model laptop. Everything is normal so far.

What is abnormal is that I cannot use my passwords on my Macbook.

I paid a considerable amount of money for these passwords at the time and I did not give them to anyone to use.

Now I want to use at least one of these passwords on my Macbook M2 Pro laptop. There is an application called native access, you download it first and then download the software to the laptop, but I couldn't download it, it doesn't appear in the system, why?

Tarktor Pro 3.10.0 is working. I downloaded it from another site, but I couldn't activate it. Even though I have the password, why don't my registered passwords appear in the native access I downloaded to the Mac system?

You will have to get Native Access working.

If you have a modern M2 mac you need to klick "Download mac m1/m2"

I don't know what you mean with "I couldn't download it, it doesn't appear in the system". Maybe you have a friend who knows how to use a mac and how to install a program there?

Downloading Traktor from other sources will not help you. In fact it's a downright bad idea!

Hi. This photo was opened on a windows laptop, look at the image in the account, there is Trakor Pro 2.

Here is the account opened on a Macbook M2 Pro, both have the same email, but I cannot see the Traktor Pro 2 version on the Macbook, why?

This is the question I'm asking.

Why can't I use my program even though I paid for it?

I also know how to use a Macbook. I have been using computers since 1997. I am not ignorant.

Traktor Pro 2 is no longer supported on modern mac. You either need to use an older mac maschin + os, windows or upgrade to Traktor pro 3.

It doesn't download to Macbook, how can I upgrade it? Don't tell me you will buy a new password. I bought 3 passwords anyway. I should switch to Traktor Pro 3 for free in time. Let them find a solution to this.

I assume "password" is serial key?

I don't know why you bought 3. You just need a single one that you can use on multiple computers.

Because you already own Traktor Pro 2, the price for 3 is half = ~50 EUR. And sometimes traktor is on sale, and you can get the upgrade for 25 EUR.

Keep in mind that some of the older mk1 hardware also does not work on modern Mac os.

You can read more about it here: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014900358-Compatibility-of-Native-Instruments-Products-on-macOS

Yes, what I mean by password is the serial key. I have 4 serial keys in my account, respectively: 1 S2 mk2, 2 S4 Mk4, 3 as software, Traktor Pro 2 and 4, the serial key was bought for another controller, but still, they shouldn't charge me for the upgrade, that is, so that I can use it on Macbook M2 Pro. How many people are like me? He bought a lot of serial keys, I wonder if I did everything legally, is it a crime? no I do not agree. I want at least one of my serial keys to be upgraded. From native-isntruments.

There is no s4 mk4, but if you have the mk3 you will also have traktor 3 pro.

They can't keep updating old software. I think Traktor pro 2 got released in 2011?

But you can write the support. Maybe they will help you out.

@Dj_Peace Traktor Pro 2 was discontinued a few years ago and is not compatible with current Mac operating systems, so it will not show in Native Access. I think the last supported OS was 10.15, youi can double check here: Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS

    Hello.

The version I have is Ventura 13.6.3, previously it was Sonoma, the programs were not working, there were compatibility problems because Sonoma was newer. So I downgraded the version and switched from Sonoma to Ventura. It's fine, other programs run more easily, Sonoma doesn't have much program support.

Interestingly, I have 4 serial numbers, but none of them can be used on macOs, this is unfair.

You can use any of these 4 serial numbers on macOS, as long you are using a version of macOS which is compatible with Traktor Pro 2. All versions of macOS 11 and beyond are not compatible with Traktor Pro 2 anymore - even if Native Access would offer an install it simply wouldn't work on your Mac. BTW: This incompatibility rules out any Mac with Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3 and Pro/Max/Ultra versions of it) for use with Traktor Pro 2.

Newer versions of macOS are only supported with Traktor Pro 3. You don't own a license for Traktor Pro 3 - or at least haven't registered in your Native Instruments account. Traktor Pro 3 isn't a free upgrade it is a paid one. Every single TP2 serial is entitled for a reduced upgrade price. Your new MacBook was about 2000€ at least if it was brand new. Even used I don't expect a price tag below 1000€. A 50€ software upgrade is peanuts in this regard. Traktor Pro 3 was released more than 5 years ago, pay for a upgrade every few years is a bargain compared to the subscription fees some of NIs competitors ask for.

All you see is intended behaviour and I don't expect any support from NI in this case - except for offering you to buy this upgrade to TP3.
