Order Status: In progress after 5 working days

Hello,

for 5 working days my order has been in processing and nothing is happening with my express delivery. The order should have arrived within 1-2 working days. But after 5 working days, there is still no response from NI to be seen. I also don't receive any answers to my emails, but they have already received approximately €3,600.

I would like to know what is happening with my order now?

    Are you talking about a digital purchase or is it about Retail-Software or Hardware, that should be send as a parcel?

    If it's a digital purchase: I bought a Komplete-Update plus a FX (Neoverb) on Dec 31th - I could find the serials for the Update and the separate serials from PlugInAlliance, which are part of Komplete 14, in my account on the main-website in the menu "my products and serials". BUT I am still waiting for the serial or instructions concerning Neoverb. I opened a ticket 9 days ago and still have no reaction at all from NI.

    They say on the main-website, that support can take a while, because they are lacking of staff in the time of the turn of the year. But such a long time without even an automatically generated plea to have more patience, does not throw a good light on the support...

    Both have hardware (MASCHINE+ and Kontrol S88 and Komplete Audio 6) and digitally purchased KOMPLETE 14 COLLECTORS EDITION and paid, which is no small amount, and I also receive no response to my tickets.

    I ordered on 10.01.2024 and have not received any reactions from NI until today.

    I am already considering getting my money back.
