Order processing for 5 working days

Hello,

for 5 working days my order has been in processing and nothing is happening with my express delivery. The order should have arrived within 1-2 working days. But after 5 working days, there is still no response from NI to be seen. I also don't receive any answers to my emails, but they have already received approximately €3,600.

I would like to know what is happening with my order now?

    Hi @Scarlett sorry to hear there are problems with your order. Could you please send me a direct message with your support ticket number? I noticed that your last email to us was from last month, and it seems like the issue was already resolved.
