when i try to load traktor 3.11.0 the program crashes?

it would be the first traktor 3 software on my computer. just got a new desktop today. is there a way i can get a older version of the software? i think it would work.

    Does it crash when you load the software with all the controllers disconnected? A crash could be caused by a corrupt collection, you could try renaming the collection.nml file then starting the software again and see it it still crashes?

    What's the spec and are there any error messages when it happens? (About missing files on your system)

    I fixed it. The root of my documents folder was changed by OneDrive. I restored my documents folder to default location. Right click on documents folder then select properties select location tab and select restore default.
