Studio One dumps because of NI products

Studio One 5 Pro dumps on a regular basis when I use/load Kontakt/Kontakt 7 instruments. I referred to Presonus where I was told that the dumps where caused by Native Intruments instruments. What should I do to solve this issue? (unsinstall/reinstall, ...). I work under Win10.
