S88 Mk2 users, do your black keys send aftertouch channel pressure messasges?

I started playing around with Arturia's Yamaha CS-80, which utilizes (polyphonic) aftertouch, for some classic Blade Runner pad movement.

None of my black keys would trigger aftertouch!

I opened up MidiView, and sure enough, every white key sends channel pressure messages, but NONE of the black keys do. I've seen a couple old Reddit posts about this from 5 years ago, and a couple users had exactly the same experience.

Is this perhaps a bug in firmware 0.5.9? A hardware issue?

In my case aftertouch also works with black keys (S88 MK2). Firmware is 0.6.0.

Interesting my FW updater says 0.5.9 is the latest available (right: this is a unit with the older touch strip)

Working for me too, also on 0.5.9, maybe 0.6.0 is just for the 88, I'm on a 61 key Mk II as well

I do find the black keys need a bit more force to get the same level of AT response though
