Native Access Download Issue

Hi, Following advice on this community, I have uninstalled NI and reinstalled NI Komplete Kontrol, setting the location preferences to default except Content which is on an internal 2TB SSD. Everything has loaded with the exception of five files, which fail to download with an error "Review your location preferences".

The files in question are: Drum Lab, Scarbee Mark 1, The Gentleman, The Grandeur and Vintage Organs.

I then review the location which is as stated above but these f8nal five files still fail to download. Any views?
