Why cant I add traktor 3 to cart?

I'm logged in trying to add traktor pro 3 discounted update to cart and nothing happens. Can't add full version either. Click the "add to cart" button and it sort of glitches and nothing shows in cart. Have tried on multiple computers.. please help

    Seems to be a common occurrence right now for a few days. Weird that they have not fixed it.

    My best bet is to write support. That way you can later proof you wanted to buy it with discount, might help.

    I have exactly the same problem. Read in another thread that it seems to be something wrong with the account. It can be resolved by creating a new NI account and then transfer your own licence to it. I have not tried this workaround yet.

    I guess they don't want my money?? Why should I jump through hoops this is crazy. I have opened a ticket for suport. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

    Having the same problem since christmas. Opend a Support-Ticket but didn't receive any feedback. I can't understand, why they fixed it. Seem to be an issue which is related to "older" accounts.
