Right tempo fader on controller does not correspond with software traktor pro 3

I am having an issue with my right tempo fader on the controller where the movements on the controller do not match the S2 MK3 software.I can only lower down music tracks with the tempo fader. When I speed up the tracks with the fader above 0.0 it stops moving from the middle. The music tracks do not speed up on the controller and the software's right tempo fader doesn't respond exactly to the actions performed on the controller. When I lower the left tempo fader untill its maximum it affects the right tempo fader in the traktor software. The right fader jumps up on the software. It seems like the faders on the controller are not calibrated correctly. Or is this caused by another problem? What should I do to fix this? Thanks in advance for your response!

Hello,
if you have warranty try to get it fixed, otherwise you can buy some deoxit spray, apply it and move the faders. Normally you can do it without open the case but better of course if you do it. I fear there is some dust or whatever in the fader. But sttange, that the left tempo fader affects the other one, you can try to delete the controller and add it again in preferences.

This is a new device. It just came out off the box. The device is still under warranty. I have already tried blowing out the fader with air, but the problem remains the same. I also find it strange when I completely lower the left tempo fader on the controller that this has an effect on the right tempo fader in the traktor software.
