If you do mean Noire and you're using a physical keyboard you can adjust the keyboard curve in the settings which is the left hand icon at the top. Looks a bit like a blowtorch. Click that and change the "Velocity" setting on the right to a harder setting. Also, you can increase the overall volume here which is different to where @reffahcs already pointed out.

The volume in Komplete Kontrol can be adjusted by moving the slider that I've highlighted in the red box. Also adjusting your main operating system volume should increase the sound level as well.

@tom heather Crowe Do you mean the Noire piano rather than Noise?
