I cannot purchase Pro 3 update

I received a new laptop for Christmas and have subsequently found out that Traktor Pro 2 doesn't work on my new machine. I've been trying for the last week to update to Pro 3 and I am unable to add to my shopping cart on the website, and via native access. on occasions, it shows as webpage not found or when I click to add to cart, nothing happens.

I've disabled ad blocker etc and still unable to. I've also tried different browsers and on my phone as well, with no luck.

I'm starting to get a bit frustrated 😔

I've raised a support ticket and heard nothing.

I'd really like to take advantage of the update offer

There are a few people having problems with the web site according to other posts here. If you've got a support request in they'll get back to you, but with Christmas and a lot of support requests after the sales they seem to be a bit busy! @Jeremy_NI might be able to help if things drag on for too long.

Thanks Mike. I've been advised via my Facebook comment that they are working through the backlog and my ticket has been escalated.

I was looking forward to creating a mix using my new all singing all dancing laptop over the festive period as my previous one was starting to cut out when using Traktor with the load going in to the red a lot. Basically because the hard drive was coming to the end of its life. Lol .

Anyway, I'm quite disappointed by how long it's taken to get a reply, and that I've been stuck, unable to make new mixes as a source of relaxation after a stressful period. 😞

I'd be very grateful if someone could try and push this further for a resolution. I tried once more today to add the update to my cart, but again it's not adding. Why is the website not playing ball with some people? It's extremely frustrating.

At least they've confirmed they're looking which I guess is a good start. You could always download the demo for Traktor 3 which gives you 30 minutes of play time every time you start it.
