Recreating Adam Holzmann Moog Voyager Sound from Regret #9 (Steven Wilson)

Hello,
I am trying to create a synth lead which sounds like Adam Holzmann's Moog Voyager sound from Regret #9 on Steven Wilson's album Hand.Cannot.Erase.
I think that since Adam used a Moog Voyager, the best synth for the job in NI's lineup might be Monark?
My problem is that I don't know where to start. I would guess some slightly detuned saw waves with a filter?
Anyone willing to help me? 😁

Do you mean the bass sound or the lead sound. The bass sound sounds VERY much like a Moog. The lead sound uses oscillator sync, which Monark can't do (does a Moog Voyager have oscillator sync? I don't know anything about the synth.).
