How to uninstall?

Tried to update komplete kontrol in windows 10. Got the "installation failed". Then tried to uninstall it as NI support sugest with uninstall regtool 64.. So it did something, but.. komplete kontrol was still there.. Then I found it in windows settings and uninstalled it from there. After I realized, that I uninstalled it as DAW plugin but not as a standalone. But now windows can't find this app, but it's still there as standalone and working.. And in native access it disappeared as update, and appeared as install option. But still, when I click install, it says " installation failed ". Can anyone explain to me what is that???

Thank you guys. I think I solved it. I don't know how, but I found in my PC komplete kontrol setup exe file, which was new one. I installed it and know everythink works. It appeared in Native access as installed.. And that's it.. Don't know how this file appeared in my device.... mystic thing..

It is hard to follow exactly what you did wrong, but regardless if your goal is to properly uninstall, try reinstalling KK in Native Access. Then uninstall in Windows Installed apps. No registry should be tinkering required.

Į can’t reinstal KK, Native access faiils instalation as I said. I can’t uninstall it in windows, cause I did it already, and windows doesn’t see it anymore. Only thing what left to me is simply delete kompletę kontrol exe file, but I guess this would be wrong.. it’s very weird. I never experienced that i see app on my desktop, it’s working, but windows settings shows that there is no such app

maybe download the exe install for 2.9.6 from NI site and reinstall that way? If N.A. is somehow messed up, that will bypass it, but it updates after a manual install of anything.

Did what you said: In native access again komplete kontrol appeared in update folder, and again "instalation failed". Cubas 13 pro blocked this, so it appeared as plugin but does not open.. But still, on my desktop there is standalone komplete kontrol app (3.02 v) which is working with my kontrol s88 keyboard... as standalone..

Check in Apps & Features to see if it's there, it's different than the Add remove programs in control panel.
